Ethan Heimowitz is a seasoned healthcare leader with a passion for helping children and families access the highest quality care. With years of experience building and scaling healthcare organizations, Ethan brings a deep understanding of what it takes to create supportive, effective, and family-centered services. He earned his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, with a focus on healthcare and strategy. Ethan is committed to ensuring every family receives compassionate, evidence-based support tailored to their unique needs.
When he’s not working, Ethan enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children.
Ebony Shaw is a passionate and seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 25 years in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She began her journey as a lead ABA paraeducator, bringing seven years of foundational experience to her 18+ years as a BCBA. Ebony has held key leadership roles for the past six years, including Clinical Program Director and most recently, Clinical Director for a start-up ABA company where she successfully launched its first center-based clinic.
Throughout her career, Ebony has led with compassion and clinical excellence developing training programs, mentoring professionals, and delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive services to individuals ages 2–21 across diverse settings. Her expertise in Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention and building sustainable systems of care has made her a trusted leader in driving meaningful outcomes.
Ebony holds degrees in Psychology and Mental Health Counseling and earned her BCBA certification through Forest Institute of Professional Psychology. In 2025, she was honored as a Marquis Who’s Who Honored Listee for her contributions to the field.
