With extensive experience scaling healthcare organizations and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, he focuses on creating effective, family-centered services. Outside of work, Ethan enjoys time with his wife and children.
Ebony Shaw is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 25 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Starting as a lead ABA paraeducator, she has spent 18+ years as a BCBA and held leadership roles including Clinical Program Director and Clinical Director, where she launched a center-based clinic for a start-up ABA company.
